Kai Michele 365 - The Body Movement (KaiM365)

360 degrees of wellness, 365 days of strength, balance, and joy.

Kai Michele 365 offers movement-based fitness classes and personal training designed to help adults improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellness through enjoyable and sustainable physical activity.

Classes welcome adults of all fitness levels.

Weekly Class Schedule

Body Movement Dance Fitness (Line Dance-Style)

Fun rhythmic movement designed to improve cardio health, coordination and flexibility.

Friday- 10 am

Strength & Mobility Training

Low impact strength exercises that build muscle, improve posture and support joint health.

Monday -10 am

Silver & Active Movement 55+

Gentle but energizing classes designed for active adults and seniors focusing on mobility, balance and functional strength

Wednesday- 10 am

Pricing (Introductory rate β€” limited time as we build our movement community) So buy pass packages for 5 or 10 sessions for even more savings. Spots at this rate will go quickly.

Drop in class $15 per class

5 Class Pass $60

10 Class Pass $110

Personal Training Session $75 per session

Small Group Personal Training $180 per person for 8 week program(requires 2-6 participants)

How to Register:

Participants can reserve their spot by purchasing a class or training session through the website.

Advanced booking is recommended as class size may be limited.

Location

Classes may take place at community centers, parks, fitness facilities, or partner locations throughout the Philadelphia area.

Specific location details will be provided upon registration.
