Booking and Payment

All sessions and classes must be booked and paid for in advance through the website or approved payment methods. Payment is required to confirm all appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session.

Refund Policy

All classes, sessions, group outings, and retreat purchases are non-refundable unless canceled by Kai Michele 365 LLC.
